1.What this document is

This is the agreement between Think Media and you, a member of the VRA Elite Cohort. It exists to answer three questions with no ambiguity:

  1. What we deliver, and by when.
  2. What you must do for the guarantees to hold.
  3. How we measure it — and what happens if you do the work and still don’t get there.

Both guarantees in this program are real, and both are conditional. The conditions are not fine print designed to get us out of them. They are the things that have to be true for the outcome to be possible — you cannot generate leads from videos you did not publish, and we cannot prove your video was an outlier if we never agreed on what your normal looks like.

Every deadline here is relative to you. Nothing in this agreement is tied to a fixed calendar date — your obligations hang off your enrollment and your own clock. Any live session dates are published to you when you enroll.

2.Eligibility — read this first

This program requires that you already have an offer.

An offer means: a product, service, program, or engagement that a customer can buy from you today, at a price you can state, with a way for them to say yes. It does not need to be big, polished, or scaled. It needs to exist.

We are not building your offer. We are building the machine that fills it.

If you do not have an existing offer, you do not qualify for the guarantees in this agreement.

You are welcome in the program and you will get enormous value from it — but the 90-day lead guarantee in §5 does not apply to you, and we will tell you that in writing before you start, not months in.

Why this is absolute: a “lead activity” is a person who raised their hand for something. With no offer, there is nothing to raise a hand for. Leads with no destination aren’t leads — they’re subscribers. We can guarantee to send people toward your offer. We cannot guarantee to send them toward a thing that doesn’t exist yet.

Eligibility is confirmed at your Starting Line submission, where you name the offer and its price.

3.What Think Media delivers

The cohort is a three-month coached program, inside a six-month Elite membership, with a six-month guarantee window. The coaching does not stop when the sessions do.

3.1 · Pre-work — delivered on enrollment

  • 1
The Fierce Clarity videoWithin 7 days of enrollment

Watch it, then run the Clarity Blueprint GPT — a guided interview, around 45 minutes, that produces your Blueprint.

  • 2
    The Blueprint Drop formSame email

Paste your finished Blueprint. One field. Sixty seconds.

  • 3
    The Starting Line formSame email

Your baseline. Eight questions, two screenshots, five minutes. This is what starts your clock.

  • 4
The Leads Alignment Checklist videoWeek 2 after enrollment

Optimize the content you have already published — titles, descriptions, tags, pinned comments, end screens, links, calls to action.

3.2 · The three core sessions

Sessions are delivered live or as recordings. Any live dates are published to your cohort at enrollment.

  • Core sessionRight Views

Ideas, titles, packaging, the Recipe. How to earn views that convert instead of views that flatter.

  • Core sessionThe Leads Machine

Lead quality. Leveling up who arrives and how ready they are. Tightening the path from video to offer.

  • Core sessionThe Sales Machine

Conversion. Turning lead activities into customers.

The coached portion of the program ends once you’ve completed all three core sessions. Your guarantees run past it — 90 days and 6 months from your clock start.

3.3 · Our service commitments

An SLA cuts both ways. These are the things we owe you, and you should hold us to them.

Session delivery
All three core sessions delivered to you — live or as a recording.
Session recordings
Posted within 48 hours for any session delivered live; on-demand sessions are available as soon as they’re released.
Pre-work materials
The Fierce Clarity video, the Clarity Blueprint GPT, and both forms — in your inbox within 7 days of enrollment.
Your Starting Line report
Your baseline, your outlier bar, your median — computed by us and sent back to you within 5 business days of your submission. Most members have never seen their own median.
Channel audit
One per member across your 6 months.

3.4 · What else comes with your membership

Everything above is the cohort — the part that is exclusive to you and the people who started when you did. But the cohort sits inside VRA Elite, and your Elite membership runs for six months. That is the room the coaching actually lives in, and it keeps going long after the coached sessions end.

Elite Inner Circle coaching
Live group coaching calls with the Think Media team, every week. Bring a title, a script, a thumbnail, a lead magnet, a video concept — and work it through with coaches and the room.
Mastermind with Sean Cannell
Go deep with Sean every month. Strategy, mindset, momentum.
Elite Workshops
A deep-dive workshop each month on one topic that moves the needle — brand deals, AI, monetization, packaging — often with a guest.
Creator Tech & Production office hours
Gear, editing workflows, studio setup. Answers from a specialist instead of an evening lost to YouTube rabbit holes.
The private Elite community
Serious creators, working in the open. Accountability, collaboration, and feedback from people on the same road.
The AI tool suite, masterclasses, and team-building course
AI tools built for creators, plus training on using AI to move faster and on building a team to scale past yourself.
Your event ticket
Your seat at a Think Media live event.

These come with Elite, not with the cohort. They’re part of your Elite membership, they run on their own schedule, and they will keep evolving over your six months — new workshop topics, new guests, new tools. We’re not going to freeze them in a contract.

So they sit outside the guarantees in §5 and §6, in both directions: attending them is never a condition of your guarantee, and a change to the Elite calendar never affects it. The guarantee rests on the six conditions in §5.4 and the five in §6.3 — nothing else.

It is also why “we keep coaching you until you get there” is a real promise rather than a nice sentence. There is a room, it meets every week, and if your guarantee runs long, you are still in it.

4.The clocks

4.1 · When your clock starts

Your 90-day and 6-month clocks start on the later of: (a) your enrollment date, or (b) the date we receive your completed Starting Line submission.

This is not a penalty. It is arithmetic. We cannot start your clock until we know your starting line — there is no baseline to measure against and no outlier bar to clear. Submit your Starting Line at enrollment and your clock starts immediately, with everyone else who does the same. Submit it two weeks after enrolling and your clock starts then.

Submit no Starting Line at all, and no clock starts, and no guarantee applies.

4.2 · How the two windows run

4.3 · Pausing the clock

Life happens. If you have a medical emergency, family crisis, or major business disruption, email us and ask for a pause in writing. We will pause both clocks for an agreed period and restart them, in writing, when you’re ready. Pauses are granted in good faith and we have never regretted granting one.

What we cannot do is pause your clock retroactively, at the end, to explain a quarter in which you published nothing. Ask at the time.

5.Guarantee 1 — Ten lead activities in 90 days

Do the work below, and within 90 days of your clock starting, you will generate at least ten lead activities from YouTube into your funnel.

If you do all of it and you don’t get there, we keep coaching you — at no additional cost — until you do.

5.2 · What “lead activity” means — you define it

A lead activity means something different for a $50,000 consultant than for a $500 course. So we do not define it for you. You define it once, at your Starting Line, and then everything downstream measures exactly the thing you said you cared about.

You pick one event:

  • an email opt-in
  • a form submission
  • a booked call
  • a submitted application
  • something else you name

…and you tell us the URL it fires on. That event, on that URL, is your lead. It is written into your Starting Line and it does not change mid-window.

5.3 · What counts toward the ten

Ten lead activities, attributable to YouTube, during your 90-day window.

YouTube-attributed means the lead arrived through the link you put in your video descriptions, pinned comments, end screens, or on-screen calls to action — the links the Leads Alignment Checklist has you install. Point those at a dedicated link or landing page and your own lead tool will tell you, at a glance, which leads came from YouTube.

If your Starting Line shows you are already generating lead activities from YouTube, your bar is ten leads above your existing run-rate, prorated across 90 days. Example: you enter generating 2 YouTube leads a month → your 90-day run-rate is 6 → your guarantee bar is 16. We compute this for you and put the number on your Starting Line report, in writing, before your window opens. You will never have to work out what your own bar is.

For most members this clause does nothing, because most members enter at zero. It exists so that the guarantee means the same thing for everyone.

5.4 · What you must do — all six

The guarantee holds if, and only if, you do all of the following. None of them is busywork; each one is load-bearing.

  1. 1

    Have an existing offer

    At your Starting Line

There is nothing to become a lead for without one.

  2. 2

Submit your Starting Line — including your lead-activity event and the URL it fires on

    Before your clock starts

It’s the baseline. No baseline, no clock, no guarantee.

  3. 3

Complete the Clarity Blueprint and submit it via the Blueprint Drop

    Within 2 weeks of enrollment

Your positioning is upstream of every title you’ll write. Videos made without it convert strangers into subscribers, not leads.

  4. 4

Complete the Leads Alignment Checklist on your existing library

    Within 3 weeks of enrollment

This is where your links, CTAs, and descriptions get installed. Without it there is no path from a video to your offer, and nothing to attribute.

  5. 5

Make your YouTube leads identifiable — send them to a dedicated link or landing page, so you can tell a YouTube lead from any other lead

Within 2 weeks of your clock starting

You already have a tool that captures leads — an email platform, a booking link, a form, a CRM. All this asks is that the link in your descriptions, pinned comments, and end screens is a distinct one, so that tool can tell you where a lead came from. If YouTube leads are indistinguishable from every other lead, nobody can tell whether the guarantee was met — including you.

  6. 6

Publish at least 10 videos during your 90-day window, applying the Right Views framework

    Across the window

This is the fuel. Ten videos in 90 days is roughly one a week; batching is fine and missing a single week is fine. But we cannot generate leads from videos that don’t exist.

5.5 · How it’s measured

Your own lead tool, on the event and URL you defined, across your 90-day window. You own the data and you can see the count at any time — there is no reveal, and nothing is hidden from you. If you claim the guarantee, this is what you send us (§7).

5.6 · The remedy

If you completed all six conditions in §5.4 and you have fewer than ten lead activities at the end of your 90 days:

We continue coaching you, at no cost, until you reach ten.

Concretely, that means: a working session to diagnose what’s failing, continued access to the coaching team, and continued access to the Elite container — until you cross the line. Not a refund, not a credit, not a discount on the next thing. We stay on it with you.

The continuation carries the same conditions. You keep publishing, you keep logging, we keep coaching. Continuation is not a period in which we work and you rest.

To start it, claim it — see §7.

6.Guarantee 2 — One outlier in 6 months

Do the work, and within 6 months of your clock starting, at least one of your videos will be an outlier — clearing ten times your channel’s baseline.

6.2 · What “outlier” means — the number is fixed on day one

This is the definition that matters most, because “10x your channel average” is meaningless until you say average of what.

Your baseline

The median 28-day view count of your trailing 20 public uploads, as of your clock start, screenshot-verified from your own YouTube Studio.

Your outlier bar

baseline × 10.

An outlier

Any video published during your 6-month window that reaches at or above your outlier bar in views, at any point in the window. One of them, and the guarantee is met.

Median, not mean. One old viral video should not drag your bar into the stratosphere and make the guarantee unreachable for exactly the successful people this program is built for.

Your bar is a number, and it is locked. We compute it once, from your Starting Line screenshots, and we write it on your Starting Line report. It does not move for six months.

Why the bar is locked — and why a live vidIQ score doesn’t judge it

The vidIQ Chrome extension shows a live multiplier — this video is 2x, 5x, 10x — measured against your channel’s recent performance. It’s a superb spotting tool and we’ll use it that way. But it is the wrong instrument to settle a guarantee, for one reason:

A live baseline rises as you succeed — so the bar climbs away from you the better this works.

Say you start with a baseline of 10 views. Your bar is 100. Nine months in, the program has worked: your typical video now does 70. A new video hits 120.

  • Against your locked baseline, that video is a 12x outlier. It counts.
  • Against a live score, it’s a 1.7x. It doesn’t.

Same video. Same result. Opposite verdict. Under a live baseline, a member whose channel grew 7x could never hit a 10x outlier again — the guarantee would get harder in exact proportion to how well it was working. That is not a guarantee; it’s a treadmill.

So: your bar is locked on day one. vidIQ spots them. Your public view count settles them.

6.3 · What you must do

  1. 1

Submit your Starting Line, with the 20-upload screenshot

It is literally the denominator. Without it there is no bar.

  2. 2

    Complete the Clarity Blueprint

Outliers come from ideas, and ideas come from positioning.

  3. 3

Publish at least 12 videos across your 6-month window

Outliers are earned by volume meeting insight. Two a month.

  4. 4

Publish publicly, on the channel you named at your Starting Line

Your published videos and their view counts are public — that is what we count. Unlisted and private videos can’t be.

  5. 5

Apply the Right Views framework — title, packaging, and idea selection

This is the part we teach that actually produces outliers.

6.4 · How it’s measured

By its view count, on your public channel. Nothing to log, nothing to submit — we can read it, and so can you.

A video counts the moment it crosses your bar — however long that takes.

Day nine or day three hundred, it’s an outlier either way. YouTube revives videos months after they’re published, and a slow burner that finds its audience in month eight is still a video that broke your channel’s ceiling. We’re not going to tell you it doesn’t count because it took its time.

The 28 days in your baseline does one job and one job only: it makes the bar fair. Your older videos have had years to accumulate views and your newest ones have had weeks, so comparing raw totals would quietly rig the bar against you. Measuring each of your last 20 uploads at the same age — 28 days — puts them on equal footing. We compute that once, from your Starting Line, and you never touch it again.

Videos published near the close of your window get 28 days past it to clear the bar, so shipping in your final weeks is never wasted.

6.5 · The remedy

If you completed §6.3 and have zero outliers at the end of your 6 months:

We continue coaching you, at no cost, until you get there — same terms as §5.6.

To start it, claim it — see §7.

7.Claiming a guarantee

Guarantees are claimed, not auto-awarded. If you did the work and came up short, tell us — and we’ll make it right.

File a claim at thinkmediasupport.com
  1. 1

Open a support ticket, within 30 days of your window closing

Go to thinkmediasupport.com and file a ticket naming the guarantee you’re claiming. Our support team routes it to the right people. Guarantees are claimed, not auto-awarded — we are not monitoring your numbers and issuing extensions unprompted, so if you believe you’ve fallen short, the first move is yours.

  2. 2

    Send your evidence

For the lead guarantee: an export or screenshot from your own lead tool, showing your lead-activity event across the window and which of those came from your YouTube link. For the outlier guarantee: the videos you published in the window — we can read the view counts off your channel ourselves.

  3. 3

We review it against your Starting Line

We check your baseline, your outlier bar, your published count, and your completed conditions. We’ll come back to you within 14 days with a decision and a plan.

  4. 4

If you did the work and missed the number, continuation begins

We keep coaching you, at no cost, until you get there — under the terms in §5.6.

Don’t wait until the end to talk to us. If it’s week six and the leads aren’t coming, that’s a coaching conversation, not a claim — bring it to a live session or the community, where the whole team can help. The claim process exists for the end of a window. The coaching exists for all of it.

8.What voids a guarantee

We would rather never use this section. It exists so that nobody is surprised. A guarantee does not apply if:

  • You had no offer at your Starting Line (§2), and were told so in writing.
  • You never submitted a Starting Line — in which case your clock never started.
  • You published fewer than the minimum — 10 videos in your 90-day window; 12 across your 6-month window.
  • Your YouTube leads were never made identifiable, so no lead can be attributed to YouTube.
  • You never completed the Leads Alignment Checklist, so your videos had no path to your offer.
  • Your channel or offer changes fundamentally mid-window — you pivot to an entirely different business, or move the channel to a different niche. Talk to us; we’ll re-baseline you and restart the clock rather than void anything. But we cannot measure a moving target against a fixed baseline.
  • You breach the program terms — sharing paid materials, abusive conduct toward staff or members.

Everything else is coachable and we will coach it.

Late homework, a bad month, a video that flops, a stretch where life takes over — none of that voids anything. Tell us, and we’ll re-plan.

11.Accepting this agreement

There is nothing here to sign. You accept this agreement at checkout, by ticking the box that links to this page before you complete your purchase. Your acceptance is recorded with your order.

I have read and agree to the VRA Elite Cohort Service Level Agreement. I confirm I have an existing offer as defined in §2, and I understand that the conditions in §5.4 and §6.3 are requirements — not suggestions.

We may update this agreement for future cohorts. The version you accepted at checkout is the one that governs your program — we will not change the terms of a guarantee underneath you once your clock has started.
